Legal Notice Terms and Conditions
The auction is conducted by Yello Sport GmbH, Hohe Strasse 68-82, 50667 Köln (Cologne.), trade register number: HRB 8613.in the name and on behalf of each artist.
The contract will be closed between the artist as seller and the person having made the highest bid at the end of the auction. Yello Sport GmbH does not assume any responsibility for the proper fulfillment of the contractual obligations by the contract parties.
Bids may only be made by adults (18 years or older) By registration the bidder confirms to be of age. Any bids made by minors (less than 18 years) are invalid.
Once a bid is posted, it is binding on the bidder – the bid may not be withdrawn.
When the auction is closed at midnight 12 July, Yello Sport GmbH will contact the highest bidder for each work.The highest bid for each artwork is the highest valid bid electronically registered on the operators' server by the end of the auction procedure. Yello Sport GmbH is not obliged to provide information on bids posted by other bidders.
The bidder having made the highest bid will then be asked to pay the purchase price by wire transfer to a specified bank account.
Upon receipt of the payment the artwork can either be picked up at a specified address or will be shipped upon request and at the cost and risk of the buyer.
The total cost will be the bid plus any and all shipping costs and taxes.
Yello Sport GmbH and the operator of this website attempt to ensure full functionality and availability of this auction module at all times during the auction procedure, yet assume no legal or other responsibility or liability in view of necessary technical maintenance and potential technical problems or malfunctions of either the module or the involved networks and network components. Furthermore, Yello Sport GmbH assumes no liability for internet service availability to the bidders during the auction procedure, especially but not limited towards the final phase of the auction procedure.
Personal data of the bidder will only be used in connection with the auction and the execution of resulting purchase contracts. For this purpose, the personal data of the bidder may be made available to the artist.
