Lacoste academy

LACOSTE MANUFACTURING ACADEMY

In January 2017, Lacoste opened a school within its Troyes factory: the Lacoste Manufacturing Academy, to train some 100 new employees over 3 years and continue to develop the skills of our teams. This academy has made Troyes a center of excellence within the company.

THE RETAIL ACADEMY, ENSURING EXCELLENCE IN OUR STORES

Launched in 2014, the Retail Academy has already trained more than 5,000 employees. They are the ambassadors of the brand, they bring the Lacoste experience to customers all around the world, thanks to programs developed in e-learning and shared by a global network of more than 50 Lacoste brand representatives.
