Nice shirt, classic never goes out of style
I only wear Lacoste products because of the fit style and quality
Customer Service is terrible. Was not able to reach anyone by phone for weeks....so I emailed them. I bought this as a gift but it came without a return label. I emailed their email address posted on their website explaining the situation and received an automatic response with a promise to get back to me within 48 hours but 8 weeks later. Now they tell me it is too late to exchange the sweaters. Tried to call them again today, on a whim and wow, someone answered the phone but that agent was less then helpful or understanding. Can't guarantee that I will get a refund so that I can buy the right size even though I can prove that I tried to reach them within days of receiving the product.
