Due the current circumstances with Covid-19, Lacoste decided to close its retail and outlets stores in order to protect our customers and teams until further notice.


In the meantime, we are with you at Lacoste.com.

In our warehouse and logistics centers, our employees are working on a voluntary basis, in the strictest respect of hygiene and safety measures.

ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

Faced with the current situation, what are the delivery time frames and how are they carried out?

Standard home delivery is £3.95, free for orders over £70. Orders via DHL take up to 1-2 days to be delivered between Monday to Friday. Express 24h home delivery is 9.95£.


In this exceptional context, your security and that of our collaborators and transporters is our priority. At each step of the delivery, strict preventative measures are respected.


Home delivery will be made without contact where your driver will knock and greet you (from afar) and will place your parcel on your doorstep.

Was your order delivered to another address or to a boutique?

If your order was to be delivered to an alternative address than your home address, it will be returned to us. As soon as we receive it at our warehouse, you will be immediately reimbursed. To have it delivered to your home, we invite you to reorder your items on line, and enter your home address.


If your order has been delivered to a boutique, we ask you to contact our customer service.

Will returns and exchanges be possible, even after 30 days?

In order to make your returns in the best conditions, the returns period is extended to 60 days. Exceptionally, purchases made during the month of march in our boutiques or on Lacoste.com can be returned until 31 May.


To return a purchase made on Lacoste.com: from your customer account or your sent order confirmation, it is possible to edit your return label.

Is it still possible to order a customised polo or bag?

As our atelier has reopend, our customisation service is once again operational. We thank you for your patience.
