Product very well made, looks as good as shown in the picture. Ordering online was awful, the system would not recognize promo codes, and will not confirm order, and this happened more than once. Customer service reps saved the day, I ended up talking to five of them in the course of two weeks. Thanks to them my wife got her bag!
