General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTCS") apply as soon as you access the Lacoste online shop https://undw3-shop.lacoste.com/ (the "Website") or place orders to purchase one or more products presented on the Website. However, these GCS do not apply to any purchase of products in the Lacoste Boutique via a touch tablet used or made available by our sales staff.
2. Any reference to "us" or "our" in these GTC refers to the company Lacoste E-commerce and any reference to "you" or "your" refers to you as a user of the Website.
3. Please read these GTC carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By accessing any part of the Website or ordering products from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Click here to print or download a copy of these GTC. In addition, the version of the GTC applicable to your order will be sent to you in the e-mail confirming your order.
4. These GCS are available in French and in English and are applicable to all orders delivered worldwide, with the exception of the following countries to which we do not deliver:
- any country on the list of countries under sanctions published by the EU, or
- country subject to embargoes or sanctions by the United States and/or the United Nations and/or a local government, or
- any country subject to trade restrictions imposed by French law.
In the event of any contradiction between the French and English versions, the French version of these GTCS shall prevail.
The Lacoste group, including in particular the companies Lacoste Operations S.A., Lacoste S.A.S, Lacoste France S.A.S. and Lacoste E-commerce S.A.S., located at 31-37 boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris, France, is responsible for the processing of your Personal Data (“Lacoste” or “We”).
1. All products offered for sale on the Website are subject to availability.
2. Once finalised, your order constitutes acceptance of our offer, which means that you confirm that you wish to purchase our products as described on the Website, that you accept the price offered and that you acknowledge that placing this order implies an obligation on your part to pay. Consequently, when you confirm your order, you agree to be bound to our company by a contract of sale, subject to the availability of the products and the validation of your payment under the conditions set out in Article 7 below.
3. We remind you that this Website is intended exclusively for consumers. Purchases made from the Website are intended for your personal use, including for personal gifts, and must not be resold, used in a commercial context or used to make a commercial profit. We reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple quantities of the same item from a single customer or to a single postal address.
1. You can select items from our product range and add them to your "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button;
2. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, you initiate the purchase process for the products in your Shopping Cart. A page listing the products you wish to purchase will open. This page indicates the reference, size, colour, price and quantity of the items you are about to buy, and specifies the delivery methods and their cost applicable to your order, as well as any other services and options we offer;
3. By clicking on "Proceed to checkout", you confirm the contents of your basket and the options you wish to select. You will then be asked to provide us with your personal details;
Product sales on the Website are reserved exclusively for NFT UNDW3 Genesis Pass / Card holders.
To place an order, you must connect your Wallet to the Website and associate your Discord ID with your Wallet and your NFT UNDW3 Genesis Pass / Card. This step verifies that you are a NFT UNDW3 Genesis Pass / Card holder and allows you to access the order page and complete your shipping information
1. We only deliver our products to the countries listed in article 1.4 above. Delivery is made, at your choice, by post to the address you gave us when you placed your order or to one of the delivery points offered on our Website and selected by you when you placed your order.
2. Estimated delivery times are : one (1) to three (2) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the sending of the Delivery Email for Express Delivery and in Lacoste Boutiques, two (2) to three (3) working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the sending of the Delivery Email for standard delivery, and three (3) to four (4) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the sending of the Delivery Email for Delivery to one of the relay points chosen at the time of your order.
For personalised products, delivery will take place within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the order, payment and manufacture of the product.
The delivery time may be slightly longer where products need to be delivered to areas that are difficult to access. We will do our best to deliver the products ordered within the time indicated in the Delivery Email.
For Point of Delivery deliveries, an email or SMS will be sent to you as soon as your parcel arrives at the delivery point of your choice. From the day of delivery, you will be able to collect the parcel within fifteen (15) days upon presentation of proof of identity. At the end of this period, unclaimed parcels will be returned to us.
3. Although we will do our utmost to deliver your products within the timescales set out above, delivery dates are only estimates, they are not guaranteed, and they cannot be invoked against us. However, the maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Delivery Email is guaranteed.
4. In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery deadline initially set out in the Delivery Email, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating at the same time a new estimated delivery deadline, without incurring any liability towards you, it being specified however that you may cancel your order if the total delivery deadline exceeds thirty (30) days. To cancel your order, you must contact us via the Lacoste Discord Network or at the following url : We will then re-credit the means of payment used for your order, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your cancellation request. After this period of fourteen (14) days, the amount of the order will be increased by :
10%, if the refund is made between the 15th and 30th day following the cancellation request;
20% if the refund is made between the 31st and the 60th day following the cancellation request;
- 50% if the refund is made after the 61st day.
5. If you have not received your order by the stated deadline, please check with your post office to ensure that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they are not holding your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or busy periods, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to send your order within the times indicated. During these exceptional periods of high activity (e.g. sales, Christmas) or particularly unfavourable weather conditions, we would be grateful if you would allow us one extra day before contacting us.
Please note that the carrier will require a signature on delivery and will not give you the products without a signature.
6. If you place an order for a large number of products, we may be obliged to deliver your products in several consignments. If it is necessary to make more than one delivery, you will be informed in advance.
7. We would like to draw your attention to the need to check the general condition of your parcel when you receive it. You will be responsible for the parcel and its contents once it has been delivered to you. In the event of a problem (open parcel, empty parcel, damaged contents), you must refuse the parcel and contact our Customer Service Department to report the problem and the reason for refusal. We inform you that in the event of a missing item without a reservation, Lacoste cannot be held responsible and we cannot guarantee a refund.
8. Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you will have indicated at the time of your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
1. All prices indicated on the Website include value added tax at the statutory rate in force on the date of invoicing.
The prices indicated on the Web Site are in euros and do not include shipping costs. Despite our best efforts, products listed on the Website may exceptionally be incorrectly priced. If the exact price of a product is lower than the price indicated, we will charge you the lower price and send you the product. If the exact price of a product is higher than the price shown, we will charge you the price shown, unless the price shown is unreasonable and obviously wrong, in which case we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

2. We reserve the right to add extra charges for deliveries to certain hard-to-reach areas. If additional charges apply to your order, you will be informed of these at the "Proceed to Payment" stage before placing your order.
1. Payment for your products must be made using one of the payment methods, following the instructions on the payment page.
2. Full payment of the price, including delivery charges and any additional charges for services ordered by you, will be debited to the payment method you have chosen, after checking the availability of the products ordered, at or shortly before the products are dispatched to you. We will only deliver the products to you if your payment is effective.
3. You confirm that the bank card used, where applicable, is your own. All bank card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will be entitled to refuse delivery of your order and will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will send you an email to inform you of the refusal.
4. Your bank details will be processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which you can view by clicking here.
5. The details of the credit card used to pay for your order may be stored securely. The visual cryptogram on the back of the card is systematically required in order to use the card for a subsequent purchase and you retain the option of deleting the saved credit card from the list proposed at the payment stage.
If we choose, or are obliged by applicable law, to issue or provide an invoice, we reserve the right to issue or provide electronic invoices, and you accept this method of invoicing.
1. You may only return products that have been purchased directly from the Website. If you purchase your Lacoste products in a retail shop, on another website or in any other sales outlet, the products must be returned to the shop or website where they were purchased. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which have not been returned in compliance with the stipulations set out in this article 9 and we may ask you to pay the transport costs for the return of each item to the delivery address indicated.
2. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with our products or wish to cancel your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order, and you will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this article, provided that:
a- the products are returned in packaging that allows them to be transported to the address given on the returns slip included in your parcel,
b- that the products are in their original condition with the label attached to the product, without having been damaged, stained, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of the fitting), enclosing the original packaging and any accessories relating to the products, such as packaging or instructions for use, as well as the original invoice. If the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the next working day.
When the order is placed on the Website, all requests for cancellation, regardless of the delivery method, must be sent to us using the contact form on the Website.
3. We would like to point out that you have no right of withdrawal, exchange or refund for products that have been made and personalised to your specifications, or for underwear.
4. In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we will refund the price of the products in your order as well as any delivery charges at the standard rate (even if you have opted for express delivery), by re-crediting the means of payment used for your initial order. We will make this refund as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the goods returned by you.
If you fail to make repayment within this period, the sums we owe you will bear interest on the following terms:
- 10 days after expiry of the deadline: legal interest rate ;
- 10-20 days late: 5% interest rate;
- 20-30 days late: interest rate of 10%;
- 30-60 days late: 20% interest rate;
- 60-90 days late: interest rate of 50%;
- After 90 days: 5 additional points for each month of delay.
5. You will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal for products that do not comply with the requirements of paragraph 2, particularly in terms of hygiene.
6. We ask you to take care of the products while they are in your possession and to return them to us at the address indicated herein (depending on the delivery or collection method selected), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of exercising your right of withdrawal. Please note that if you do not take care of the products, or if you do not return them to us in accordance with the conditions set out in this article, you will not be able to claim a refund for the products.

A card with a QR code will be included in your order.
This QR code will give you access to the virtual twins (Digital Twin) of the items you have purchased.
If you return your order, the QR code card must be returned to us with your items. Please note that the Digital Twin will also be taken from your Wallet.
1. You benefit from the guarantees listed in this article 11 only insofar as the products have been purchased directly from the Website.
2. You benefit from the following legal guarantees:
The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),
If your products do not conform (for example, if they do not correspond to the description given on the site or to your order), you have a period of two years from delivery of the goods in which to contact our Customer Service department by e-mail using the contact form https://www.lacoste.com/fr/contactus, or by post to the following address: LACOSTE E-COMMERCE, 31-37 boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris, France, and return the non-conforming products to us. We will then send you replacement products, where available. If we are unable to replace the non-conforming products within thirty (30) days, you may :
- request a full refund for the non-conforming products, or
- keep the non-conforming products and ask us to reduce part of the price, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. You are exempt from having to prove the existence of the product's lack of conformity during the six (6) months following delivery of the goods. This period will be extended to twenty-four (24) months from 18 March 2016.
4. This legal guarantee of conformity applies irrespective of any commercial guarantee that may have been taken out and irrespective of the nature of the product.
5. the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If you are able to prove a hidden defect in a product, we are legally obliged to repair all the consequences of such a hidden defect (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). You may then choose between rescinding the sale or reducing the price (in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code).
6. In the event of replacement of the products or reimbursement, we will bear the cost of returning the products to you.
