Free returns

You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to return a product for free by editing your return label via your online account or the return button available in the shipping confirmation email.

If you select the ecommerce return on your customer's account, it will take 10 to 15 days for the refund to be processed.

The payment will be made using the same method selected when the order was placed.

Personalized items, masks and underwear are not elegible for returns.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery costs 3.95€.
Offered for orders over 80€.
Free standard delivery for Lacoste club members
Orders take up to 4-5 days to be delivered between Monday to Saturday.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Delivery is delivered within 1-2 working days Monday to Friday and costs 9,95€. Orders placed before 12pm are aimed to be delivered the following working day.
