Your right of withdrawal
European law provides for a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. This allows you to cancel your purchase and obtain a refund without having to provide any justification. Our company goes even further by offering you the possibility to return your Lacoste items free of charge up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
How to return your items?
If you have a customer account, please go to the “My Orders” section.
If you placed your order as a guest, go to the “View My Order” page.
Start a return for the relevant order, then select the reason “Right of Withdrawal” and click “Confirm.” You can print your return label from your account by clicking on “Print return label”; it will also be sent to you by email within the next few minutes.
Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that it has been recorded. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt in accordance with your right of withdrawal.
