In order for the Participant to take part in the Game and for their participation to be valid, the Participant must follow the instructions below:

(i) The Participant accesses the homepage of the website membersexperience-create.lacoste.com, which is made available to Participants so that they may, if they wish, co-create and design a “Men’s” or “Women’s” Lacoste polo shirt model and/or cut/fit. The website membersexperience-create.lacoste.com is accessible to Participants residing in the countries listed in Article 2.2 above. The Participant begins his/her/their co-creation by choosing, from the options provided, a model and/or cut of a Lacoste “Men’s” or “Women’s” polo shirt, regardless of his/her/their sex or gender identity. The Participant may then personalise the selected polo shirt by choosing, in particular, its colour as well as the characteristics of the Lacoste Crocodile, such as its style, dimensions, colour, orientation and/or position. As part of this co-creation process, the Participant may also select, combine and/or arrange, from the options made available to him/her/them, one or more graphic or decorative elements, including drawings, illustrations, patterns, graphics, shapes, stamps, stickers, inscriptions, symbols, markings, logos and/or distinctive Lacoste signs and/or those expressly proposed by the Organiser. Finally, where this feature is offered by the Organiser, the Participant may create and incorporate their/his/her own graphic designs, including drawings, illustrations, visuals, shapes, patterns and/or graphics, and combine them with the elements provided as part of the Game. The customisation options may vary depending on the model or cut selected and/or the technical limitations of the co-creation tool.

Votes expressed in the Game on the Creations are collected solely for information purposes and are not binding on the Organiser, who retains sole discretion regarding the selection of the winning Creations.

The Winner(s) of the Game will be notified of their designation as ‘winners’ of the Game and of their selection by staff of the Organiser and/or its Affiliates by email, using the contact details provided by the Participant to the Organiser when registering for the Game.

The Winner(s) shall assign their winning Creation, on an exclusive basis, to the Organiser and its Affiliates, as and when the various elements comprising the Creation selected by the Organiser are developed, created and handed over to the Organiser, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 5 below.
