Free returns are accepted 7 (seven) days from the date the package was received. You can do this by contacting our customer service team. Please keep in mind that the returned items have to be in compliance with our existing Returns Policy.
After you submit your return request via our Customer Service, we will arrange a courier to pick up the return package from your address.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please note that products that are not eligible for return are: Customized items, items discounted 50% or more, accessories, perfume, masks, underwear, and swimwear.
