UNITED KINGDOM « Ace Breaker » CONTEST GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE – ORGANISING COMPANY
LACOSTE S.A.S., a French limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of France whose registered office and principal place of business is located at 31-37, boulevard de Montmorency – 75016 Paris (France) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 542 011 606 (hereinafter the “Organiser”), is organising a free contest game with no purchase obligation, entitled “Ace Breaker” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply exclusively in respect of the Game.
ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
2.1 Participation in the Game will be open through a mini Lacoste video game called « Ace Breaker » accessible at the following URL: https://members-play.lacoste.com/ace-breaker/gb/en from October 6th, 2025, at 00:01 a.m. and will close on November 2nd, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter the “Duration of the Game”).
2.2 Participation in the Game is reserved for any natural person who is a member of the Lacoste customer loyalty programme or who agrees to join the Lacoste customer loyalty programme during the aforementioned Game period (hereinafter the “Participant”).
2.3 Access to the Game is prohibited to corporate officers and employees, as well as their immediate family members, of the Organiser and any company controlled by, controlling, or jointly controlled with the Organiser (hereinafter defined as an “Affiliate”) and to any person who has collaborated or is collaborating in the organisation of the Game, up to and including the sixth degree.
2.4 Any Participant under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Game, and accept these Rules. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of such authorisation and, where applicable, to disqualify any Participant who fails to provide such authorisation.
ARTICLE 3: DETAILS OF HOW TO ENTER THE GAME
The Game is free to enter and there is no obligation to purchase. Participation in the Game is subject to the provisions set out below and implies full and complete acceptance of these Rules, in their entirety, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to games in force in the United Kingdom.
The Game is only available through the Lacoste mini video game called “Ace Breaker”, which is made available to Participants and accessible at the URL address mentioned in Article 2.1 above. In order for the Participant to take part in the Game and for their participation to be valid, the Participant must follow the instructions below:
(i) The Participant accesses the home page of the Lacoste mini video game called “Ace Breaker” made available to Participants by the Organiser and accessible at the URL address mentioned above in Article 2.1. On this page, the Participant can click on the “Play” or “Prizes” tabs (if they wish to see the prize(s)/winnings offered by the Organiser as part of the Game);
(ii) The Participant accesses the “Play” page of the Lacoste mini video game called “Ace Breaker”. The Participant plays the Lacoste mini game and “breaks” bricks with a tennis ball in order to maximise his/her score;
(iii) At the end of the game, the Participant sees his or her score displayed. If the Participant has achieved a score high enough to be eligible for the prizes/winnings offered by the Organiser as part of the Game, he or she is invited to register under the conditions specified below in this Article. If the Participant does not achieve the minimum score, he/she will be offered the chance to replay a round of the Lacoste mini video game called “Ace Breaker” via another page;
(iv) If the Participant wishes to register for the Game, he/she must enter/complete his/her email address on a new registration page;
(v) To continue the Game registration process, on another registration page, the Participant must:
- complete the personal information requested (first name(s), surname, country of residence); and
- confirm that he/she is registered with the Lacoste customer loyalty programme or that he/she agrees to join the Lacoste customer loyalty programme in order to participate in the Game if he/she is not yet a member of the Lacoste customer loyalty programme (when registering his/her participation in the Game); and
- confirm his/her participation in the Game by accepting these Rules.
(vi) The Participant will be considered as a winner of the Game if he/she is drawn by the Organiser under the conditions mentioned in Article 4 below.
Only one (1) participation per Participant (same Lacoste loyalty programme account) is permitted for the entire Duration of the Game. Any attempt to participate multiple times will result in permanent exclusion from the Game. A Participant declared a winner may no longer participate and may not attempt to win again.
The Participant undertakes to provide the Organiser with accurate and truthful information in good faith.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify that all Participants have complied with the requirements of these Rules which may include identity and/or email verification.
In case there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Rules, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude Participants from participating in the Game.
ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER(S)
An electronic draw will be conducted by the Organiser on December 8th, 2025, at 12 noon, at the end of which three (3) winners of the Game will be designated.
The winner of the Game shall be the Participant who has duly registered for the Game, followed all the instructions mentioned in Article 3 and been selected by draw by the Organiser (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”). All decisions are final.
The Winner(s) of the Game will be notified of the result of the draw on December 10th, 2025, at 12 noon by the staff of the Organiser and/or its Affiliates by email using the contact details provided by the Participant to the Organiser when registering for the Game.
The Organiser and/or its Affiliates will provide each Winner with all the information necessary for the award of the Prize (as defined below) by email, using the address provided by the Winner when registering for the Game. In the event of an error in the email address provided, the Prize cannot be awarded and cannot be claimed at a later date.In the event that a Winner fails to comply with these Rules, or cannot be contacted by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to undertake an additional draw and award the vouchers as a prize to an alternative Winner, designated according to the same designation procedures as those described in these Rules, it being specified that no compensation will be payable by the Organizer as a result.
Minor Winner(s) will also forfeit their Prize if he/she/they cannot prove to the Organiser that he/she/they has/have obtained permission from a parent or, where applicable, a legal guardian, to receive the Prize.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZE
The three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) voucher worth two hundred pounds sterling (£200.00) (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”) valid:
- with no minimum purchase; and
- during Lacoste brand commercial operations; and
- for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw result mentioned above in Article 4; and
- only on the official e-commerce website of the Lacoste brands in the country of residence of the Winner(s).
The Prize is strictly limited to the services described above. Prizes are nominative, non-transferable and may not be resold.
No Winner may request or demand any modification of the Prize offered, nor any cash refund or compensation of any kind, nor replacement with a prize of equivalent value.
No cash or in-kind equivalent will be awarded in exchange for the Prize.
The Organiser reserves the discretionary right to modify the Prize(s) offered in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as a failure by a partner or supplier to provide the Prize, or a stock shortage, without this list being exhaustive, and to offer the Winner(s) another prize of the same or greater value.
ARTICLE 6: OPERATION RULES
The Rules are available free of charge upon written request until November 2nd, 2025, included (as evidenced by the postmark), indicating your full contact details (surname, first name, postal address) to the following address:

The postage for requesting the present Rules by post will be reimbursed upon simple request by the Participant to the above address, based on the current standard ‘Letter’ rate.
All requests for postage reimbursement must include the Participant's full name and address, the name of the Game, and bank account details. To be considered, all requests must be sent by November 2nd, 2025, at the latest and must be received in writing no later than fifteen (15) days after that date, as evidenced by the postmark.
Any request for reimbursement of postage that is incomplete, crossed out, illegible, misaddressed, incorrect or sent after the deadline will not be considered.
No refund requests may be made by telephone or email.
The stamp will be refunded by bank transfer within approximately forty-five (45) days of receipt of the request, after verification of the validity of the request and, in particular, the accuracy of the information contained in the refund request letter compared to the information entered on the entry form.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Game at any time without notice.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of malfunctions of the Lacoste mini video game called “Ace Breaker” made available to Participants, accessible at the URL mentioned in Article 2.1. and on which the Game is hosted, or of the telecommunications network or the Participant’s Internet network, in particular due to malicious acts, which would prevent the Game from running smoothly.
Any fraud (including computer fraud), by any technical means whatsoever, that distorts the proper running of the Game, and in particular that allows the authorised number of entries to be exceeded, is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate elimination of the perpetrator from the Game.
The Organiser may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, particularly in relation to IT systems used to participate in the Game. In this case, the Organiser reserves the right not to award the Prize(s) to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the persons responsible for the fraud in the competent courts.
The Organiser reserves the right, in all cases, to extend the participation period. The Winner(s) undertake(s) not to hold the Organiser liable in any way with regard to the Prize and the smooth running of the Game.
By participating in the Game, participants agree to accept these terms and conditions without restriction or reservation. As such, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Game any person who disrupts the running of the Game (in particular in the event of cheating or fraud) and to forfeit the participant's right to a prize.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
8.1 Purpose of processing
Information relating to Participants and any information provided if applicable by the Winner is used by the Organiser (including Lacoste Operations S.A.) as the data controller and, where applicable, its Affiliates and its subcontractors or service providers within the framework of the consent that has been given in order for you to participate in the Game (management of the Winner(s), organisation and implementation of the Game, awarding and supervision of the Prize(s)).
Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of:
- managing the Winner(s);
- organising and running the Game;
- awarding and supervising the Prize(s).
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the Participants (in accordance with applicable local legislation, including the UK GDPR).
8.2 Data collected
The data collected in connection with the Game are:
- surname, first name;
- email address;
- country of residence;
8.3 Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data, all Participants have the right to access, rectify or remove their data, to limit the processing of their data, to object to the processing of their data, to the portability of their data, and to define guidelines regarding the fate of their data after their death. These rights may be exercised by emailing dataprotection@lacoste.com or by post to the Legal Department / Personal Data Manager, at the following address: 31-37, Boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris – France, accompanied by a copy of an identity document.
Finally, Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with a control authority.
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time.
Participants who exercise their right to have their data deleted before the end of the Game will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation and will not be eligible to receive a prize.
8.4 Recipients of the data
The personal data collected is intended for:
- the Organiser (including, in particular, Lacoste Operations S.A.);
- Affiliates.
8.5 Data security
The data controller undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of participants' personal data.
8.6 Data deletion
Personal data collected in connection with this contest game will only be kept for the period necessary to manage the Game, in other words, until the draw has been completed and the Winner(s) has/have been selected.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and wherever you live, you can bring claims against the Organizer in the English courts. If the Participant lives in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, the Participant can also bring claims against the Organizer in the courts of the country the Participant lives in. The Organizer can claim against Participants in the courts of the country the Participant lives in.
