The companies
Lacoste Switzerland AG, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of CHF 300,000, headquartered at Wright-Strasse 9, 8152 Glattpark, Switzerland, entered in the Trade and Companies Register under number CH-660-0615983-0 (hereinafter referred to individually as “Lacoste Switzerland”);
and
Lacoste E-Commerce S.A.S, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of EUR 3,684,000, headquartered at 31-37 Boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris, France, entered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 403 285 513 (hereinafter referred to individually as “Lacoste E-commerce”);
hereinafter referred to jointly as “Lacoste”,
have developed a programme reserved for Lacoste members (hereinafter the “Programme”), designed to reward the latter’s commitment to the Lacoste brand (hereinafter the “Brand” or the “Brands”) and the purchases they have made within Lacoste Stores (as defined below in Clause 2) located in mainland France, Monaco and/or on the e-commerce website operated by Lacoste, https://www.lacoste.com/ch/en/ E-commerce (hereinafter the “Website”).
Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” within the framework of these general terms and conditions of use refers to Lacoste.
Any reference to “you”, “your” or the “Member” means you, as a Lacoste member having joined the Programme in accordance with these general terms and conditions of use.
These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “GT&CU” or “General Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to all Members as soon as they join in accordance with the methods described below.
The Programme is in force in all Lacoste stores located in Switzerland, as well as on the Website, for purchases made from Switzerland.
Under these GT&CU, a Lacoste store shall be understood as being a first class Lacoste point of sale exclusively intended to sell Lacoste Brand products in Switzerland (hereinafter the “Lacoste Stores ”). Lacoste outlet stores, Lacoste pop-up stores and all multibrand shops selling Lacoste Brand products (especially within concessions) shall thus be expressly excluded.
While the Programme does not apply within Lacoste outlet stores (hereinafter the “Outlet Stores”), it is however possible:
- to join the programme within these, in accordance with the methods set out in Clause 3, and;
- to enjoy certain Benefits described below in Clause 10, namely the benefits relating to (i) the option to exchange an item without a till receipt within sixty (60) days of purchase and (ii) the benefit of “private sale” offers. The other Benefits are not, however, available in the Outlet Stores.
Membership is taken out within one of our Lacoste Stores, an Outlet Store or directly on the Website, it being specified that any membership is strictly free of charge and not dependent on a purchase.
To join the Programme:
- in a Lacoste Store or an Outlet Store: simply ask a sales advisor and provide the mandatory information (such as your surname and first name);
- on the Website: you can join by clicking on the “My Account” tab and creating a personal account using a computer, tablet or compatible smartphone, by completing the mandatory fields (such as your surname, first name, e-mail address and title).
When you join, you will also be asked for some optional information, such as that described below:
- nationality;
- postal address;
- date of birth;
- mobile phone number.
In order to finalise your membership of the Programme, you must also tell us:
- that you wish to become a member and accept the General Terms & Conditions, either by ticking the box provided for this purpose in the online membership form, or by giving your verbal consent when joining in a Lacoste Store or Outlet Store;
- whether you want to receive communications about the Lacoste Brands, either by ticking the box provided for this purpose on the membership form, or by accepting this directly and expressly in your Customer Account (as defined below) after joining via the Website.
Your membership will be effective after it is registered by the sales advisor in the Lacoste Store or Outlet Store, where applicable, and you have received the welcome e-mail confirming your membership.
This welcome e-mail confirming your membership, and the activation of your Customer Account (as defined below) will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours of you joining, on the express condition that you have entered your e-mail address and given your consent to be contacted by Lacoste.
All Members who, at the time the Programme is launched, were already registered in our customer database under the previous loyalty programme, will automatically be included in the Programme.
The Programme does not offer a physical loyalty card.
You will only be allocated a single customer account, with your e-mail address serving as your login (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer Account”).
It will be your responsibility to keep your information up to date, either by asking assistance from a sales advisor within your reference Lacoste Store (as defined below in Clause 5), or via your Customer Account or by making a request via the contact form available at www.lacoste.com/ch/en/contactus. You guarantee the accuracy of all the information provided and will be solely liable for any incorrect, incomplete or obsolete information.
In no event can we be held liable for you not receiving an offer due to information that is obsolete, incorrect or incomplete.
Membership is only offered to clients that are natural persons aged sixteen (16) or over.
Membership is strictly personal; you alone can enjoy the benefits described below in Clause 10 (hereinafter referred to as the “Benefits”).
The use of these Benefits by any third part is prohibited and cannot be accepted by any vendor if presented at the till.
You can only hold one customer account. To this end, and in the event an e-mail address is shared by several customer accounts, you grant us permission to merge the said customer accounts into a single customer account. Under these conditions, the Benefits in force will be cumulated.
For the purposes of optimized customer account management, when you join the Programme you will be considered as being affiliated to the Lacoste Store or Outlet Store at which you joined (hereinafter the “reference Lacoste Store”), the Website being considered as a reference Lacoste Store in itself.
You can modify your reference Lacoste Store at any time directly in your Customer Account on the website or by writing to customer services using the contact form at the following address: www.lacoste.com/ch/en/contactus.
In order to access your Customer Account on the Website after joining in a Lacoste Store or Outlet Store, you must activate this by entering the same e-mail address you provided when joining and by creating a password, via the following web address: www.lacoste.com/ch/en/account.
You will have access to your Customer Account within twenty-four (24) hours of joining. In order to access your Customer Account, you must enter the e-mail address and password you entered when joining.
In particular, your Customer Account will allow you to:
- access your Customer account;
- view the history of all your purchases on the Website and your product returns;
- modify your personal data and your reference Lacoste Store;
- be informed about the Brand’s latest news;
- view, be informed about; and access all your benefits, whether available, already used or forthcoming.
It shall be the Member’s responsibility to provide correct, complete and up-to-date personal information in their Customer Account in order to be able to enjoy all their Benefits. If this is not the case, Lacoste can in no event be held liable for the Member not receiving a Benefit.
The Customer Account is made available to you, but access to this may be suspended at any time without notice in the event of technical issues or for maintenance, and this without the possibility of invoking Lacoste’s liability in this regard.
It shall be your responsibility to protect your computer, tablet or telephone. Lacoste shall not be liable for damages that may be caused to your computer, tablet or telephone, or for the loss of data that may result from your use of the Customer Account and/or the Website.
Do not commit any action that may cause any damage whatsoever to the Lacoste group or its Members, and in particular that may disrupt, damage, alter, overload or limit operation.
It is likewise prohibited to use techniques such as data extraction, robots or other similar data collection methods, or to post content or links to a website for the purposes of canvassing or advertising.
The personal data provided by the Member (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) shall be strictly confidential and for the sole use of the Lacoste Group, including in particular the companies Lacoste Operations S.A., Lacoste S.A.S, Lacoste Switzerland AG and Lacoste E-commerce S.A.S., located at 31-37 boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Lacoste Group”), in its capacity as the controller, for the purposes of operating and correctly managing the Programme for its Members, subject to their explicit consent. To this end, the Personal Data will be kept for a period of three (3) years after the last active contact with the Lacoste Group for a “prospective” client (the latter being understood as a Member who has not made a purchase since creating their customer account) and for a period of five (5) years for “purchasing” clients after the last active contact with the Lacoste Group (the latter being understood as Members who have already made at least one (1) purchase within a Lacoste Store and/or on the Website).
Our privacy policy can be viewed here (https://www.lacoste.com/ch/en/privacy.html). This privacy policy is an integral part of these GT&CU. Consequently, acceptance of the privacy policy is a requisite condition for becoming a Member.
We may have to forward all or part of your Personal Data to the various Lacoste Group companies, as well as to our franchisees, licence-holders and distributors, who may use your Personal Data solely for the correct management of the Programme.
By joining, contacting our customer services or registering in our database of prospective clients, you explicitly accept the said privacy policy and the processing of the personal data you provide in accordance with this policy. When the Member has accepted the use of cookies and other trackers on the Website, the data collected within the framework of the Programme is also combined with the browsing data. This combination allows Lacoste to display targeted adverts on the Website as well as on third-party websites. This information is collected via your consent and also allows Lacoste, for the purposes of its legitimate interest, to improve its knowledge of the Member’s preferences and offer them a tailored experience.

In application of the Swiss Data Protection Law, the Member has a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection with regard to the processing of their Personal Data, as well as the right to set directives on the fate of their data after their death, with the Lacoste Group and throughout their membership, by writing to https://www.lacoste.com/ch/en/contactus; or by post to the following address: Lacoste, Service juridique / responsable des données personnelles, 31-37, Boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris (France). A Member wishing to exercise their rights must sent their request accompanied by a copy of their identity document.
A Member may withdraw their consent at any time.
A Member exercising their rights to erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of their Personal Data will be deemed to have renounced their use of the Programme.
When you become a Member, you have access to Benefits, some of which are offered to all participating Members, while others are limited to certain Members.
In order to be eligible for the Benefit you must, irrespective of the amount of your purchases:
- in a Lacoste Store: state your name (and any other mandatory identification information where applicable) on each passage through the till, and prior to paying for your purchases in the Lacoste Store;
- on the Website: connect to your Customer Account using your e-mail address and password or enter your e-mail address when validating your order.
You can only be eligible if the vendor is able to find your customer account after you provide your name in the Lacoste Store, or if you connect with your e-mail address on the Website.
You can enjoy your Benefits within participating Lacoste Stores or on the Website according to the terms and conditions of use sent to you for each of the Benefits conferred.
Members may see themselves offered Benefits that they remain free to accept or refuse. The Benefits offered to each Member will be displayed in the Member’s Customer Account, which is accessible online at www.lacoste.com/ch/account.
The Benefits may take the following forms:
o Preview access (minimum one (1) day) to some or all of the products: on the Website or in all or some Lacoste Stores. You will be informed of these previews by any means we deem appropriate (such as, and without this list being exhaustive: display in Lacoste Stores or on the Website, letter, e-mail, SMS, etc.).
o Access to the exclusive products available to Members only: you can make a purchase from the selection of exclusive Member products by connecting on the Website or by giving you name at the till in a Lacoste Store. You will be informed of the launch of these new exclusive Member products by any means we deem appropriate (such as, and without this list being exhaustive: display in Lacoste Stores or on the Website, letter, e-mail, SMS, etc.).
o Specific commercial operations (commercial offers, invitations to private sales, etc.): you may benefit from various specific commercial operations established within the Lacoste Stores, Outlet Stores and/or the Website. You will be informed of these commercial operations by any means we deem appropriate (such as, and without this list being exhaustive: display in Lacoste Stores or on the Website, letter, e-mail, SMS, etc.). It is specified that each Member may only benefit from “Private Sales” offers after twenty-four (24) hours have elapsed since joining, which you expressly accept.
o Birthday gift: on your birthday, you are eligible for a discount voucher with a value of thirty Swiss franc (CHF30) that can be used during a fixed period of sixty (60) days as of your birthday, and that can only be used with a basket totalling a minimum of one hundred and fifty Swiss franc (CHF150) in a Lacoste Store or on the Website (excluding sale or discounted items and delivery costs), and cannot be cumulated with any other promotional or sales operation in force (hereinafter referred to as the “Birthday gift”).
We would, however, draw your attention to the fact that the Birthday gift being offered is:
- reserved for Members having indicated their date of birth;
- reserved for Members who have not already received a birthday gift in the last twelve (12) months;
- valid just once in the sixty (60) days following your birthday, after which the offer becomes null and void;
- subject to it having been possible to register and process your birth date in our IT systems by the eve of your birthday at latest. Consequently, in the event you join on your birthday, or the day before without it being possible for the information to be processed by our IT systems, you will not be able to benefit from a Birthday gift on this first birthday, which you expressly accept.
o Exchange without till receipt in Lacoste Stores and Outlet Stores within sixty (60) days of purchase: we allow you to come and exchange any item purchased in a Lacoste Store and recorded in the purchase history in your customer account, without having to provide us with the till receipt, in both a Lacoste Store and an Outlet Store. The product exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging. Failing this, we will not be able to accept the product concerned. The exchange conditions are, however, subject to the exchange conditions applied in each Lacoste Store.
o Exclusive customization: via the Website configurator, you have the option of using exclusive customization elements to personalize a polo shirt, T-shirt or sweatshirt. It is specified that the list of products concerned may change at Lacoste’s sole discretion.
o Co-creation: Members may be invited to co-create unique items, which are then produced and offered for sale as an exclusive product. The conditions will be defined and sent to the Member for each co-creation operation.
Depending on their purchases, the Member may unlock additional Benefits, such as material or digital gifts, discounts, services, sweepstakes and other surprises. The conditions for unlocking and granting these additional Benefits (relating in particular to the minimum basket value and the maximum purchase frequency over a given period) will be set by Lacoste and may be revised at the latter’s discretion.
Lastly, it is also possible to have access to additional benefits by taking part in certain designated operations announced by Lacoste, and by gaining the associated points. This may mean giving a review of one or more products, completing a survey or questionnaire, or participating in a campaign or other activity. Each operation may award a certain number of points, within the limit of a maximum number of points that cannot be exceeded. After twelve (12) months, the points tally will be reset. Points may not be transferred to other person.
The Benefits will be subject to specific terms and conditions, such as a limit on the number of Benefits a Member can acquire, or a time limit for accessing a Benefit, etc. These terms and conditions will be specific to each Benefit concerned and the Member will be informed of these on a case by case basis.
On the expiry of the period imparted to the Member, the Benefits that can no longer be selected or exchanged will be deleted from the Member’s Customer Account.
Digital Benefits and participations in prize draws can only be used via the Member’s Customer Account, accessible on the website www.lacoste.com/fr/account. As the Benefit is personal, the Member shall be prohibited from transferring their Benefit to a third party.
Members are solely responsible for the Benefits granted to them by Lacoste, and they must take all appropriate measures against theft and/or unauthorized use. Lacoste will not replace the lost or stolen Benefits.
When the conditions allowing a Benefit to be obtained are met, you will be informed by Lacoste, by any means, of the Benefit(s) obtained and their conditions for collection and/or use. The Benefit will appear in your Customer Account or in your basket once connected to the Website, or by e-mail if you have agreed to be contacted by Lacoste.
To collect and/or use your Benefit, you must, depending on the terms and conditions of use applicable to this, go directly to a Lacoste Store or to your Customer Account.
Irrespective of the gift obtained in accordance with the conditions and methods set out above in Clauses 9, 10 and 11 of the General Terms & Conditions, it can only be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging, to the Lacoste Store where it was awarded and only in the following cases:
- non-compliance with regard to the information you entered when it was ordered;
- we deliver a defective product.
In these cases, and within six (6) weeks of you returning the defective or non-compliant gift, we will issue a replacement in the form of another Lacoste gift of equal value and, in as far as this is possible, of equal type, for you to collect directly at your Lacoste Store or by contacting customer services via the contact form available at the following address: www.lacoste.com/fr/contactus.
In any case other than those set out above, we would specify that the gift cannot be replaced for any reason.
Furthermore, and in all cases, Lacoste gifts will never be the subject of a refund.
In the event a Lacoste gift is out of stock, we undertake to replace it as quickly as possible by a product of the same type and/or value.
It is expressly specified that the provisions of this Clause shall not apply to digital gifts such as desktop wallpapers.
We decline all liability for any loss resulting from or relating directly to the services or benefits provided or not provided within the framework of the Programme. Within the maximum limit authorized by the applicable law, Lacoste shall deny all express or implicit guarantees relating to the platform, content, user content or any product or service you may obtain or to which you may have access via the Programme.
You will remain liable in the event you post content containing software viruses, programmes or other computer codes or in the event you commit any other illegal, deceptive, malicious, inflammatory, false, discriminatory or other reprehensible or inappropriate action, or one that violates the applicable laws.
The Programme aims to have Members enjoy certain Benefits in accordance with the purchases they make in Lacoste Stores and/or on the Website, as well as their commitment to the Lacoste Brand. The awarding of Benefits is subject to strict compliance with these General Terms & Conditions, the Member being obligated to adopt a loyal conduct with regard to Lacoste, and one that is respectful to the Lacoste Brands.
In the event of non-compliance with the General Terms & Conditions and/or of abuse, Lacoste reserves the right to temporarily suspend or definitively delete the Member’s Customer Account and the related Benefits. In this case, Lacoste will inform the Member of this by any appropriate means. The Member may not claim any compensation or damages whatsoever, especially in the following cases:
• fraud, attempted fraud or theft by the Member in store and/or on the Website;
• Account inappropriate use or misappropriation of the Programme;
• an abnormally high number of transactions on the same purchasing day and/or over several days;
• machinations intending to disrupt the Programme, the Website or even the Lacoste Stores;
• payment incidents that are not resolved within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
More generally, in the event of non-compliance with the provisions set out in these GT&CU.
We reserve the right to check the transactions made, at any time, and to request any information from the Member in order to verify compliance with the General Terms & Conditions.
In the event you do not make any purchases in a Lacoste Store or on the Website or take any action on the Website (such as simply browsing this) over a consecutive period of thirty-six (36) months, the Customer Account may be deactivated. We will therefore inform you, by e-mail (subject to your e-mail address having been entered), that if you have not made a purchase within thirty (30) days of receiving the said e-mail, your Customer Account will be definitively deactivated, without compensation or damages of any kind.
You also have the option of closing your Customer Account at any time by contacting customer services on (+41) 31 54 78 003.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Programme (membership conditions, Benefits linked to the Customer Account, etc.) and/or the methods for use of the customer account, at any time. In the event the Programme is terminated, you have one (1) month, in accordance with the information that will be provided to you by any means we deem appropriate, in which to use the Benefits already unlocked. If you do not use these Benefits within this timescale, they will be definitively lost.

The fact that neither Party takes action under the General Terms & Conditions shall in no way constitute a waiver of the right to act, unless renounced expressly in writing.
These General Terms & Conditions shall apply as of 23 September 2025 and will automatically replace any former General Terms & Conditions previously in force, without you being able to hold this against us.
The simple fact of joining the Programme implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions. The General Terms & Conditions may be viewed or obtained on simple request, in the Lacoste Stores, on the Website or via the contact form on the website www.lacoste.com/ch/en/contactus.
The General Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, to the exclusion of the rules or principles of conflict of laws on international private law. However, if you reside in Switzerland, these General Conditions may be subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations in force in Switzerland, which may confer additional rights on you. Any disagreement, claim or dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your membership shall be resolved before the competent courts in France, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Switzerland.
If any of the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions are deemed to be invalid, void or inapplicable for any reason whatsoever, this provision will not affect the validity and applicability of the other provisions of the General Terms & Conditions.
- Brands
The Brands, and in particular the verbal brand LACOSTE, the figurative brands representing a crocodile and the other distinctive signs used in this Programme are the property of the Lacoste Group. Nothing in these GT&CU can be interpreted as granting a licence or right to use one of these Brands without prior written authorization from the Lacoste Group, which is the sole owner of the Brands.
- Content
All the elements present within the framework of the Programme, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software, are the exclusive property of its content supplier(s) and are protected by the current laws on copyright, brands and other intellectual property rights. As a result, any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, adaptation, operation, distribution, or full or partial use of this content is strictly prohibited, unless authorized beforehand in writing by the Lacoste Group.
