Terms and conditions of the Roland Garros lottery – Members' week

1. Organizing company

LACOSTE UK LIMITED, wishes to allow its customers who made a purchase during the period from October 17 to 23, 2025 and who registered using the participation form accessible via lacoste.com and the QR code present on the POS in the stores to participate in a contest that will take place between October 17 and 23, 23:59 p.m., 2025, from the following link: https://www.lacoste.com/gb/lacoste-gb-events.html

2. Conditions for participation

Participation in this lottery by submitting the registration form implies full acceptance and compliance with the provisions of these rules. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the cancellation of participation.

Registration is open to any natural person of legal age, who has made a purchase and registered on the nominative entry form and resides in the United Kingdom (the "Participants") between the period from October 17 to 23, 2025 inclusive. Any person directly or indirectly involved in the design or management of this lottery, including corporate officers and employees of the Organiser and companies controlled by, or controlling, the Organiser, as well as their direct family members up to and including the 6th degree, are not allowed to register. Proof of identity may be requested.

The Participant consents to provide the Organiser, via the registration form, with accurate and truthful information, which serves as proof of identity. The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any verifications intended to ensure compliance with these conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will have their registration cancelled and will not be able, in the event of selection, to win tickets to attend a Roland Garros tournament.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any Participant who has committed any abuse or attempted fraud, without however being obliged to carry out a systematic verification of all entries in the competition. The Organiser may possibly limit this verification to the Selected Persons, as defined below.

The Organiser is offering a total of 2 places for the winning participant to attend a Roland Garros tournament, provided that participants are available and have provided the requested information.

3. Terms of participation in the Game

To be eligible to win the winning prize, you must be part of the "Lacoste Members" loyalty program and have registered on the form with having made a purchase during the period from October 17 to 23, 2025 inclusive. The participation request will be nominative. You must duly complete, between October 17 and 23, 2025 (11:59 p.m.), the registration form to be completed and validated online.

Only one Entry (same name, same phone number, same email address, and/or same IP address) per person is permitted. Any attempt at multiple entries will result in your Entry being permanently void.

4. Designation of Selected Persons

From October 23, 2025 until November 7, 2025, the Organiser will randomly select 1 Participant, and will contact them directly by telephone and/or by email, at the number and email address provided during their registration, to inform them that they have been selected to attend the Roland Garros tennis tournament in 2026 (the “Selected Persons”). The Selected Persons will have 24 hours from the call informing them that they have been selected to confirm their acceptance and send or confirm the requested information by email and/or by any other means indicated during the call. Without confirmation from the Selected Persons within 24 hours of the call, they will be considered to have forfeited their winning Prize.

5. Description of the Winning Prize

The Selected Person will receive an invitation for two tickets for the 2026 Roland Garros tournament.

Any addtional expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and other related costs, are the sole repsonsibility of the Selected Person uness otherwise specified by Lacoste UK.

The winning Prize may not under any circumstances be transferred for consideration to third parties. It is expressly stated that the Selected Persons may not under any circumstances request or demand reimbursement or exchange of the winning Prize. No cash or in-kind value will be awarded in exchange for the winning Prize.

The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, in the event of an event beyond its control, cancel the awarding of the winning Prizes, without this giving rise to any compensation or indemnity of any kind. The Selected Persons will be kept informed of any changes as soon as possible.

In the event that a Selected Person fails to comply with these general conditions or does not wish to receive the winning Prize for any reason whatsoever, they will then lose the benefit of their right; it being specified that no compensation will be admissible for this reason.

6. Personal Data of Participants

Lacoste, the data controller, implements the processing of Participants' personal data for the purposes of managing their participation in the Game, the designation of the Selected Persons and the awarding of the winning Prize.The data collected during participation in the lottery are essential for this processing and are intended for the relevant Lacoste departments, as well as, where applicable, its subcontractors or service providers.

Information relating to Participants is collected and used by Lacoste, as well as, where applicable, by its subcontractors or service providers, within the framework of your Participation and in particular, the management of the Selected Person, the organization and implementation of the lottery and to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is kept until the date of designation of the Selected Persons, with the exception of that of the Selected Persons, which will be kept until the end of the delivery of the winning Prize.

In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, oppose, rectify, transfer, and delete your data, as well as the right to define guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death, by sending your request by email to the following address: dataprotection@lacoste.com or by post to the attention of the Legal Department - DPO at the following address: 31-37 Boulevard de Montmorency, 75016 Paris, accompanied by a photocopy of your proof of identity. If you exercise your right to delete your data before the end of registration, you will be deemed to have waived your Participation.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the information email, including these general conditions, is strictly prohibited. The trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced by the Organiser in the email and the registration form are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code throughout the world. Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

8. Responsibility of the Organiser

The Organiser cannot be held responsible and no recourse may be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) (i) requiring it to cancel all participation, to shorten, extend, postpone the registration period or to modify the conditions, and/or (ii) depriving you of the possibility of registering for the lottery, and/or (iii) depriving the Selected Persons of the benefit of their invitation.

The Organiser is not responsible in the event of internet network malfunction, computer virus, external attack, fraud, or technical failure preventing access to the registration form or its submission. The Organiser reserves the right, in this case, not to award Invitations and/or to prosecute the perpetrators and/or accomplices of such fraud before the competent courts.

The Organiser is not responsible in the event that members of the Lacoste Members program have not received the communication (due in particular to technical malfunctions, or the presence of tools against SPAM), or have not been able to successfully register for the lottery (in particular due to malfunction of the internet network, computer virus, technical failure).

The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any damages, of any nature whatsoever, that the Selected Person and/or the Accompanying Person may suffer during their travel to the Privilege Day, nor for any difficulties that they may encounter on this occasion.

9. Applicable law and competent court

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any complaints must be addressed to the Organiser's customer service within one month following the end date of the lottery. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Except in cases of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Organiser's gaming systems has probative force in any dispute regarding the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the lottery.
