What are the key delivery updates to receive orders?
Delivery is £10 on orders under £35 and £5.95 on orders between £35 and £80.
We deliver using DHL Express and takes up to 2-3 working days between Monday to Friday.
Please be assured that all orders placed will not incur duty fees & additional charges.
We aim to provide a fast and secure delivery at each step for you to enjoy your order in good time.
Can I make a return to one of your stores?
Our stores will assist you with your online return. Please refer to our store locator to check opening and closing of your local store.
Can I still order using Click & Collect?
We have temporarily removed the option to collect your items in our boutiques. We will update you as soon as we are able to offer this service again.
How can I redeem my loyalty gift?
Your welcome gift and birthday gifts will only be redeemable in store at one of our boutiques which are open. Loyalty gifts are temporarily unavailable online. We apologise for any inconvenience and will update soon.
