The First Café Lacoste Opens in Paris
Café Lacoste, the latest experiential concept from the French fashion house, is an extraordinary destination that transports guests into the world of René Lacoste, the brand’s founder. From the menu to the décor, the experience unfolds in the heart of Paris, expressing the spirit and legacy of the house in every detail.
The Menu: A Style to Savour
From the moment guests step through the doors of Café Lacoste, a carousel showcasing six signature “Lacoste Polo” pastries welcomes them with indulgent flair.
Café Lacoste, 16 Avenue Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 75008 Paris
Open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 7:30pm, and on Saturday from 9:30am to 7:30pm.
Crafted in the shape of the iconic Lacoste polo shirt, these French pastries — signatures of the café — complement a menu of smoothies made with natural, vitamin-rich ingredients, reinvented club sandwiches, and fresh salads that reinterpret French culinary classics. Together, they create a dining experience that reflects the house’s values of well-being, elegance, heritage, and indulgence.
At Café Lacoste, subtle nods to the brand’s codes can be savoured from morning coffee through dessert, whether dining in or on the go. The must-try sweet finale? A 100% pistachio Crocodile creation, already emerging as the highlight of the menu.
“The idea was to elevate the Lacoste universe through taste, with dishes that are both refined and indulgent. Everything was conceived in the spirit of elegance, finesse, and pleasure,”
The Décor: More Than a Café
Behind an elegant Haussmannian façade, Café Lacoste unveils an immersive world where gastronomy is expressed through the lens of Lacoste style. At the centre of the space, a majestic green bar crowned with a scale-inspired chandelier stands as the café’s beating heart. To the right, the Sport area is conceived as a place for connection, conversation, and athletic culture. To the left, the Lifestyle space, imagined as a true “René Lacoste salon”, offers a more intimate atmosphere, inviting contemplation and ease.
The experience extends into a concept store, where guests can discover the limited-edition Lacoste French Play vinyl, a curated selection of fine foods, Lacoste-branded tableware, and ready-to-wear pieces, giving visitors the opportunity to leave with a lasting memento..
