Returns & Shipping Information
We will accept returns of unworn merchandise with tags in sellable condition purchased at Lacoste within 30 days of delivery in-store or by mail. Shoe returns must include the original shoe box. Underwear, fragrance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. To return a product via mail, please register your return via your “shipment Confirmation” email or login to your account. Follow all prompts once you have started your return process. A one-time only price adjustment will be given for purchases made within 10 days of a markdown. Due to technical limitations, purchases made using Klarna cannot be returned in-store, they must be mailed back to our fulfillment center.
