LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION IN THE LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS DRAW (“DRAWING”) CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE DRAWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Drawing is not a mandatory component of the LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS and Lacoste (defined below) may terminate the Drawing at any time upon notice. By entering into the Drawing, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The Drawing is organized by Lacoste US and starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 17,2017 and shall end at 11:59 p.m. on April 20, 2017.This shall be referred to as a “Drawing Term”. No entry shall be accepted before the start date. Limit: one (1) entry will be automatically submitted per person as a participant of the LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS Sport, per Drawing Term. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
2. The Drawing is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. To be eligible to participate in the Drawing you must be: (1) a resident of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia); (2) who has participated to LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS Sport; and (3) above the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees and representatives of Lacoste, its parent and affiliated companies, agents, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win. Lacoste reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time. Lacoste reserves the right to discard any winning entries which it subsequently discovers do not fulfil these criteria.
3. In order to enter the Drawing, entrants are required to participate in the LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS Sport. By participating in the LACOSTE RENDEZ-VOUS you will be automatically entered for the Drawing and you will remain eligible for selection during each Drawing Term for the duration of the Drawing. Lacoste has the right to refuse or reject from consideration any entries that appear to be created by fraud or that are machine or computer-generated mass entries. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to join the Lacoste CLUB. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet email service, Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
4. Lacoste accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry.
5. No purchase of any kind is necessary to take part in the Drawing.
6. The 10 potential winners of the initial Drawing Term will be randomly selected by a Lacoste representative on or about April 20, 2017. Lacoste’s decision is final.
7. The potential winners will be contacted by telephone or email. Where Lacoste notifies a potential winners by email, the potential winners must provide confirmation of receipt by reply email before 7 (seven) days. If the potential winners cannot be contacted by either email or telephone, Lacoste reserves the right to select another potential winners at random from remaining eligible entrants and thereafter until a winners is found. Non-prize winners will not be contacted or notified. Where Lacoste notifies a potential winner by telephone, Lacoste will call during regular business at the number provided on the qualification form and will leave no messages. Failure to reach a potential winner by phone, after 3 attempts, may result in disqualification of the potential winners, forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and selection of an alternate potential winners from among all remaining eligible entries.
For all Drawings following the initial Drawing Term, the potential winners will be selected on or about five (5) days following the end of the Drawing Term. The potential winners will be contacted on our about nine (9) days following the end of the Drawing Term. All other notification procedures will be followed as discussed above.
8. Each winner will win a $100 gift card valid in www.lacoste.com/us only. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.

No adjustments on previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
Lacoste reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.
Any and all taxes, fees, costs or other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event that the contemplated prize becomes unavailable, Lacoste will award a prize of equal or greater value.
9. By participating in the Drawing, entrants: (a) agree, to the fullest extent of the law, to release and hold harmless Lacoste, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Drawing (including but not limited to the receipt, use or misuse of the prize or any component thereof), and (b) grant to Lacoste the right to use and publish their proper name and state or province and/or country, statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any advertising and promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, compensation, consideration, review or consent and without regard to moral rights, except where prohibited by law.
10. Lacoste may require the potential winners to sign a Declaration, Liability and Publicity Release, where lawful. If such a document is required, Lacoste may include it in the notification that puts the potential winners on notice that he/she has been selected to receive the prize. The potential winners must execute this agreement within the time period stated in the notification or the prize will be forfeited and Lacoste may select an alternative potential winners from the eligible entrants.
11. The prize may be altered or varied at Lacoste’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in Lacoste’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. No cash alternatives are available. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, offered for sale, coupled or bundled with any other product or services or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever.
12. Lacoste assumes no responsibility or liability for the following: (a) telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of purchases and/or invoices in connection with the Drawing; or (c) any injury or damage to participants related to or resulting from participating in this Drawing. If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable of running as planned, including because of, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Lacoste which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Drawing, Lacoste reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing. Further, Lacoste reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing for any reason, before the start of a new Drawing Term, in Lacoste’s sole discretion.
13. The winners’ name and county/city and state will be made available within fifteen (15) days following the end of each Drawing Term to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Lacoste CLUB Drawing” to:

14. By signing-up you will receive email marketing communications on new collections and limited editions from Lacoste. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act. 15. Lacoste reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Drawing at its sole discretion.
16. The Sponsor of this Drawing Lacoste US whose registered office is at 551 Madison Ave, Suite 1600 New York, NY, 10022.
17. The Drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. The Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacoste and its related entities shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.
19. By entering this Drawing contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. U.S. law governs this Drawing and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
